Welcome to The Voice Lounge (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Information you provide directly

You provide this information when you register for an account or sign in. Authentication and user account storage are handled via Supabase.
2.2 Automatically collected information
Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings.
Usage data: pages/tabs viewed (Home / Live Stream, Podcasts, News), timestamps, features used, session length, crash logs and diagnostics.
Network information: IP address and approximate location derived from IP (city-level) for analytics and to help deliver the live stream.
2.3 Third-party data
We may receive information from third-party services if you interact with them through the App (for example, analytics providers). We do not sell user data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and maintain the App and its features (live stream, podcasts, news articles).
Authenticate and manage your account using Supabase.
Improve and personalize the App experience and content.
Diagnose technical problems and improve stability.
Communicate important updates or security notices to you.
4. Storage and Security
We store user account data (name, email, authentication credentials) in Supabase. Passwords are managed using the App’s authentication provider; we do not store plaintext passwords in the App. Supabase’s authentication and storage services are used to securely store and authenticate user accounts.
We implement reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: to vendors and third-party services (including Supabase and analytics providers) who help operate the App.
Legal requirements: when required by law, to respond to lawful requests and legal processes.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we may transfer user information as part of that transaction.
We will not sell your personal information to advertisers or other third parties.
6. Your Choices
Account information: you can view and update certain account information in the App or by contacting us.
Opt-outs: if we use email to send updates, you may opt out of non-essential emails by following unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us to request deletion.
